We treat the smell at the source.
Pet urine soaks through the carpet into the pad, so shampoo alone brings the odor back the first humid day. Our enzyme treatment is applied where the urine went, left to break it down, and then extracted.

Carpet cleaning questions
How long until I can walk on the carpet?
Usually 3 to 4 hours. Open a window or run the AC or a fan to speed it up. Wear clean socks until it's fully dry, and wait until then to move furniture back.
Are your cleaning solutions safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use low-residue, eco-friendly solutions that are safe once the carpet is dry. Keep pets and little ones off it until then.
Can you get pet urine out?
In most cases. Our enzyme treatment breaks down the urine in the carpet and the top of the pad. If urine has soaked through the pad in one spot, we'll tell you before we start, and that spot may need a pad replacement.
Do I need to move the furniture?
No. We move chairs, side tables and small items. Beds, dressers and entertainment centers are cleaned around unless you ask otherwise.
Do you clean for move-outs and rentals?
Yes. We do a lot of move-out cleans for tenants and property managers, and we can usually come the same day. We'll leave you a receipt for your landlord.
